Refund Policy

Overview
We want you to be satisfied with QRPulse. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for our Pro subscription.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your Billing page. When you cancel, your access to Pro features continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not charge you again after cancellation, and no partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of an active billing period.
Refund Eligibility
We offer a 7-day refund window for first-time Pro subscribers only. If you subscribed to the Pro plan for the first time and are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your initial charge and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
Refunds are not available for:
- Subsequent billing cycles after the first month
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
- Partial months after cancellation
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@qrpulse.co with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your registered email address. We will process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method via Razorpay.
